Retainero provides tools for managing retainers, projects, tickets, and client communications. We are a small independent team and operate the Service with care and reasonable security practices.

  • Account and team details: Name, email, password, company/team information.
  • Customer and project data you add: Client records, tickets, tasks, notes, files/attachments, portal settings, activity logs generated by your use of the platform.
  • Usage and device information: Limited technical data such as IP address, browser type/version, and interaction events for security and diagnostics.
  • Billing information: Processed by our payments provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Support communications: Messages you send to us (e.g., via support or email) and our responses.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service: Create and manage accounts, enable features (portals, tickets, projects, retainers), and deliver email notifications you configure.
  • Security and abuse prevention: Detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents or misuse.
